Summary:

  • Deliver high-quality systems that meet/exceed customer expectations using the full software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, implementation, maintenance, and planning.
  • Create new web service / web application features as well as debug and improve the existing libraries and frameworks that support web services / web applications.
  • Rewrite and enhance complex web-based business applications using current tools and technology.
  • Providing technical support to internal and external customers.
  • Developing code consistent with specifications and performing unit testing of such code.
  • Demonstrating ability to communicate clearly in both written and verbal communications.
  • Understanding and following the SDLC, Systems Development Life Cycle.
  • Demonstrating aptitude in their specialty with ability to utilize professional discretion for technical decisions.
  • Shows ingenuity and flexibility in specific technology.
Requirements:
  • 3-6 years of professional experience developing User Interfaces (UI) and User Experiences (UX)
  • Must have experience with C# and Angular
  • Practical experience with visual design and presentation technologies, as well as fundamental cross-browser rapid prototyping with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience with JQuery, MVC, and AngularJS
  • Experience developing in Visual Studio 2013 or later
  • Experience with consuming REST API calls, consuming JSON
  • Experience building Single-Page Apps
  • Experience with TypeScript a plus
  • Experience with a modern style framework such as Bootstrap or Materialize CSS a plus
Preferred Experience (not required):
  • .NET experience.
  • Tekla development experience.
  • Structural Engineering education or equivalent experience
  • Familiar with SQL, LINQ, SOLID design principles.
  • Experience developing applications that utilize AISC, AISI, AND FEA libraries.
