Full Time/Direct-Hire

Salary:  $120K - $130K

  • The primary function of this role is to provide strategic planning and management of the Infrastructure Team ensuring highly available data and networking capabilities for such services.
  • The Information Systems department provides the tools and automation to store, organize and manipulate data while making that data easily retrievable.
  • Various hardware and software tools, along with support, combine to enable these functions in a cost-effective method that helps to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  • Planning and scheduling work includes allocating resources and planning IS team members’ work
  • Provide technical leadership for strategic planning and implementation
  • Manage IS projects and participate as a technical contributor to broader business projects and initiatives'
  • Ensure all support and maintenance contracts and services are up to date and providing appropriate coverage for all systems
  • Communicate to the Infrastructure Services team business requirements and priorities
  • Research and recommend new technologies and solutions to meet business needs
Key Measures:

  • Systems Support and Management:  System up-time and system performance

  • Continuous Improvement participation
  • Develop, with management teams, appropriate IS strategy that aligns with business needs
  • Delegate and measure performance of team members activities and give feedback in relation to those activities
  • Make recommendations regarding team makeup and compensation
  • Report and work to resolve any issues that endanger the integrity of any company systems
  • Comply with and help enforce relevant policies and procedures
  • Manage audit preparedness and compliance
  • Requires experience  in computer hardware & software internet access, system reports and budgets
  • Quantitative Scope:  Number of employees directly/indirectly supervised:  10 – 15 (includes desktop support, network engineers and system administrators)
Experience Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 5 years of experience working in a cloud environment
  • Sufficient knowledge of Cloud platforms to research, design, and direct the implementation of solutions using Azure offerings
