GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITY:  Responsible for supporting Data Management and Analytics Team in quality assurance, reporting and data management, and other tasks as needed.  

•    Monitor, build, and maintain reports using Reporting Services Reports (SSRS),
•    Creating and executing queries upon request for data
•    Development and maintenance of reporting infrastructure to include data marts and business intelligence platforms
•    Create and maintain appropriate documentation regarding design and implementation standards
•    Translate business requirements into specifications that will be used in the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of BI and reporting solutions
•    Provide training and assistance to users for generation of ad-hoc and on demand reporting
•    Assist with gathering, cataloging, defining and organizing data for use in analytics processes.
•    Troubleshooting and providing user support for data issues by reviewing program code and data source for flaws in design or data integrity issues
•    Maintain and protect the confidentiality of all client information.
•    Be able to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local safety and health regulations that would apply to this job.
•    Other duties as assigned


EDUCATION:  Enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent discipline.

EXPERIENCE:  Course work completed or in progress in Computer Engineering or Computer Science

•    Proficiency with SQL, Oracle, Stored Procedures, ETL Tools
•    Proficiency with BI tools SSRS and Tableau
•    Understanding of SSIS
•    Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•    Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
•    Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle methodologies
•    The ability to relate numbers and calculations to ideas
•    Strong Analytical skills
•    Ability to handle multiple priorities concurrently
•    Strong organizational skills
•    Sound judgment and decision-making skills
•    Works well under pressure

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:  Ability to operate a PC and communications equipment.

EQUIPMENT:  PC and communications equipment.

OTHER:  Flexible work schedule; work outside of normal business hours, including weekends, may be required.
