Project Manager – Data Integration (Remote)

Duration:  1-year initial contract/consulting engagement

Summary:

This Project Manager will operate in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and be responsible for managing all data integration points.  Must be able to work on multiple projects/programs simultaneously, manage change, and think critically to complete projects. 

This project involves a massive amount of data that needs to be integrated (24,000 employees).  The ideal candidate will be someone who has managed the delivery of data warehouse/lake projects and has experience managing 3rd party vendors.


Looking for a seasoned Project Manager (executive/manager) who can oversee the creation and delivery of this effort of a Datawarehouse project. This person will manage all the stakeholders (IT, Accenture, HR) and play in a program role working with the internal Program Manager. 

They currently use SAP Success Factors as their HRIS system which will be the main source of data, other data will come from non-operational systems (surveys, etc.).  The IT team is responsible for building the data platform/warehouse and HR is the business sponsor. 

 
Key experience includes:  Datawarehouse implementation, data integration is the focus.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as a liaison between clients, vendor partners, and internal clients to define requirements.
  • Write business requirement documents detailing the inputs, outputs, processing, and personalization rules for execution.
  • Work through program priorities, resource allocations, and escalations, as necessary.
  • Work through research requests and troubleshoot issues to determine effective and efficient resolutions.
  • Manage data integration points between the client, and vendor partners.
  • Build and manage project timelines to ensure all milestones are met.
  • Develop process improvements to make workflows more efficient and ensure programs achieve optimal results.
  • Work with internal teams to determine scope of new programs, requirements, and prioritization of enhancements.
  • Perform in a multi-task, fast-paced environment and be able to quickly adjust to change.
Qualifications:
  • Project Management, Program Management, Executive, Management
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Project Tools:  MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, etc.
