C# .NET Core Software Engineers (Sr. & Mid Levels)

Title: C# .NET Core Software Engineers
Location: Kansas City, MO (Hybrid - in office 1 day per week)
Term: Full-Time / Direct Hire / Perm
Experience Levels:  Looking for 1 Sr. Level and 2 Mid-Levels
Mid & Sr. Level Salary:  $110K - $142K base w/ 5% bonus - depending on the level of experience

We’re looking for ALL LEVELS OF C# .NET ENGINEERS to help maintain existing features, create innovative functionality, and help build custom solutions for banking customers as well as internal departments. 

Using modern languages and cloud technologies, the Software Engineers will bring life to custom solutions for both internal/external customers. These solutions increase the pace of innovation and enhance the ability to serve customers. Committed to designing compelling user experiences, building scalable and maintainable architectures, and extracting as much insight from data as possible.


SR. SOFTWARE ENGINEER

Sr. Software Engineer Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a project lead or key contributor as the team builds and extends customer software solutions using modern languages and cloud technologies.
  • Train and mentor incoming and junior developers as the team grows.
  • Consistently look for ways to innovate and champion technology initiatives within the team and organization.
  • Expand your skills by receiving the opportunity to explore new technologies.
  • Work closely with a Software Architect to develop and build extensible, scalable, and maintainable solutions for our organization.
  • Focus on secure coding and deployment practices.
  • Conduct peer code reviews that qualify software products and foster constructive learning experiences.
  • Maintain a clear and consistent feedback loop with team leads, architects, and product management.
  • Provide superior software support to internal and external users as an escalation point within the information technology team.
  • Follows all applicable laws and regulations. 
Sr. Software Engineer Requirements:
  • The Sr. Engineer will have 5+ years of work-related experience in software delivery.
  • Experience with C#, SQL, and NoSQL; prefer Angular.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, prefer MS Azure.
  • Advanced understanding of multiple design patterns.
  • Create solutions to a variety of technical problems.
Preferred but not required:
  • History of mentoring developers.
  • Formal training or experience in cloud security, preferably MS Azure.
  • Background in Python.
  • Experience working with multiple software design patterns.
  • Familiarity with The IDesign Method.
  • Previous experience in the financial industry.
MID-LEVEL SOFTWARE ENGINEERS

Mid-Level Software Engineer Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a key contributor as the team builds and extends custom software solutions using modern languages and cloud technologies.

  • Expand skills receiving the opportunity to explore new technologies.
  • Work closely with a Software Architect to develop to build extensible, scalable, and maintainable solutions for our organization.
  • Conduct peer code reviews that quality software product and foster constructive learning experiences.
  • Maintain a clear and consistent feedback loop with team leads, architect, and product management.
  • Provide superior software support to internal and external users as an escalation point within the information technology team.
  • Respond rapidly to a changing business environment heavily impacted by regulation and economic climate.
  • Maintain documentation for all custom applications and integrations.
  • Follow all applicable laws and regulations. 
Mid-Level Software Engineer Requirements:
  • 4+ years of work-related experience in software delivery
  • Experience in our primary technologies:  C#, SQL, NoSQL, prefer Angular
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Flexible and easily adapts to change
  • Preferred but not requiredMS Azure, Python, IDesign Method, multiple design patterns
