Product Manager/Director

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • ●  Building collaborative relationships with key partners by helping to envision new business models, driving priorities aligned to business goals, communicating and prioritizing product roadmaps, and gaining buy-in from executive leadership

  • ●  You have led teams through the process of developing a vision, strategy, and roadmaps

  • ●  You are data driven and have extensive experience with A/B Testing models

  • ●  You have first-hand experience in applying Design Thinking to generate ideas and bring

    them to life

  • ●  You have managed a portfolio of digital / software products and/or transformational

    programs within the enterprise environment

  • ●  You can partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into tangible technical

    products

  • ●  You are able to drive technical solutions into productive use by applying effective change

    management techniques - including future state process design, communications,

    training, etc.

  • ●  You will strive to hire and retain top quality product management team members

“THE PERSON” | MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • ●  Performance marketing experience

  • ●  8+ years experience in product management

  • ●  5+ years experience building and leading high performing teams

  • ●  Ability to drive business models and strategy

  • ●  Proven track record of successful product ownership with high business impact

  • ●  Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, prioritize and

    evaluate opportunistic new ideas with internal and external partners

  • ●  Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results

  • ●  Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

  • ●  Partner with our senior leadership team to think big-picture and long-term

  • ●  Business-driven with a passion for technology

  • ●  The ideal candidate can point to examples of driving revenue or cutting cost through

    customer success and innovation

  • ●  Fast learner that can quickly synthesize ideas, information, and options into a strategy,

    plan, or response and effectively communicate it
