Summary:

Looking for an analytical and logical thinker, someone that is data driven.  Responsible for the creation and execution of product experiences, integrations, and specs including UI/UX to the solution. The Product Manager collaborates most closely with the technology engineering team as well as the implementation, marketing, sales, and support teams. 

Our client connects payers and providers intelligently inside the workflow and reclaims time lost on back-and-forth efforts.  These roles are with the largest integrated prior authorization network in the country.

Responsibilities:
  • Work directly in a specific product area lead which will provide the opportunity for a strong sense of ownership and accomplishment
  • Define product features and requirements based on a data driven approach, partner observations, and customer support feedback
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes including detailed data integration rules
  • Work with stakeholders to scope, analyze, and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
  • Drive product launches including working with our development team, QA, project management, and other product team members
  • Assist with market and competitor research to support marketing initiatives, and product roadmap and strategic direction
  • Prioritize the product backlog based on an understanding of company objectives, market position, and information from stakeholders and users
  • Work with marketing team to plan and implement marketing goals, strategies, messaging, and campaigns to support sales to healthcare payers and providers
  • Work with leadership to establish a go-to-market strategy and product marketing roadmap on an annual basis
  • Work with Customer Success team to create and continually improve product and training documentation
  • Create & design concept and develop demos or materials that enable our sales team to articulate our product value proposition
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in consulting, product management, or similar role
  • Exceptional creative skills with attention to detail
  • Demonstrated interpersonal communication skills required to collaborate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
  • Technical acumen/ability to translate technical concepts and features into language that is easily understood
  • Ability to self-manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • BS degree OR equivalent experience
  • Familiarity/fluency with the healthcare industry preferred
