Summary:

Our client is a cloud-based healthcare solutions provider created to simplify and enhance administrative processes by utilizing cutting edge technologies. They are committed to developing smarter automation to an existing workflow.

Requires experience in ETL and responsible for looking over data files, troubleshooting data issues, looking over claim files for accuracy and/or making corrections, etc.  Will work with customers to understand their needs, formulate solutions, and help them achieve their goals with the product. Will provide feedback to product management and the engineering team on the actual field experience through customer engagements and implementations.  Will ensure customer success with thorough project management, meeting deadlines, and frequent communication; and will also identify and resolve issues.

Responsibilities:
  • Requires experience in ETL.  Preferred technologies include:  Linux cli skills, awk, sed, grep, PowerShell, experience with sftp methods and clients, Visual Studio, MS Office (particularly Excel), familiarity with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence)
  • Will report to the VP of Client Experience.
  • This role is customer facing and requires an attention to detail and documentation. 
  • Day-to-day activities include attending customer calls for onboarding, working with the customer data team to ensure the data coming across is in the right format and adheres to standards, troubleshooting issues with the data (utilizing Visual Studio or other search tools), and serving as the first line of development for assessing customer issues. 
  • Provides communication and updates from Development back to business and customers. 
  • Make changes to customer Financial Exhibits (Excel files) and modifies/customizes Cover Sheets (JSON files) in the application to meet customer needs. 
  • Set up and monitor ETL processes for ingestion of customer data. 
  • Note and document frequently requested enhancements from customers to get them into the development evaluation process.
