Job Title: UI / UX Product Designer
Location: Mission, KS  (100% Remote)

Terms:  Full Time / Direct-Hire
Salary: Commensurate with 3-5 Years of UI / UX Product Design in B2B Environment (Targeting 110K)
Areas of Expertise: Web, Mobile and Cloud Based Products in a commercial environment (Real Estate environment even better), User Interface Design, User Experience Design, Product Design, UX Research, UAT, UI Wireframes, Figma Sketch, Adobe XD or InVision, User Scenarios, Task Flow Diagrams, Agile, Kanban

Our Client is a fast-growing B2B SaaS startup company serving the commercial real estate industry. We operate in a complex industry, so we strive to create an intuitive user experience that is easy to learn and use.
We’re looking for a UX Product Designer with a background in real estate, banking or the, fintech industry to bring a strong design process to a small, but growing firm through user research, low fidelity to high fidelity design, and collaboration. This role works with Product Management, Engineering, Customer Success and Sales to craft an engaging user experience for our SaaS web and mobile products.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead the design of the user interface for our web and mobile products. 
  • Translate ideas and sketches into low fidelity UI concept wireframes. 
  • Create high fidelity UI wireframes with interaction annotations. 
  • Consult with cross functional teams and customers to understand desired experiences, write user scenarios, and create task flow diagrams. 
  • Create Information Architecture diagrams. 
  • Conduct usability tests and competitive research to create the best user experience. 
 What You’ll Need
  • 3-5 years as a UI, UX, or Product Designer. 
  • 1-2 years shipping product. 
  • Experience working within Agile methodologies including Kanban alongside Product Manager/Owner, software developers, QA testers and others. 
  • Experience with lean UX, UX research, experimentation, interaction design, design thinking, and iterative design.
  • Experience with usability testing, user acceptance testing, and qualitative user research. 
  • Experience designing web and native mobile applications with data rich interfaces and complex user flows. 
  • Experience creating wireframes in either Figma Sketch, Adobe XD or InVision. 
  • Experience documenting and maintaining user scenarios and user flow diagrams.  
Additional Qualifications
  • Light coding of HTML, JavaScript
  • Ability to collaborate, communicate and work with distributed teams, including software developers and product managers. 
  • Ability to communicate highly detailed design principles and direction, as well as design specifications to engineers. 
  • Strong attention to details while keeping the big picture in mind. 
  • Solve a variety of design challenges with creativity, efficiency, and confidence. 
  • Strong organization, time management and presentation skills.
Helpful to Have
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience working in the real estate, banking, accounting, or finance industries.
