HRIS Analyst

Job Summary :
Analyst supporting Talent Acquisition business processes and projects, and system administrator of one or more cloud-based software applications in Human Resources. Plan, coordinate, troubleshoot, and implement system/process changes, perform regular maintenance, create new efficiencies, and align supported functions with industry best practices.
Minimum Job Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, or other appropriate field; or commensurate experience.

3-5 years of experience with IBM/Kenexa BrassRing or similar applicant tracking system.
3-5 years of experience in IBM/Kenexa Workbench, building triggers and workflows in Rules Automation Manager (RAM), or a similar automated workflow system.
2-3 years supporting an onboarding system and/or process.
2-3 years providing technical support to a Human Resources department

IBM/Kenexa Workbench certification preferred.
Job Description :
Responsible for applicant tracking and new hire onboarding cloud-based software applications, related workflows, and automated processes. Perform all activities associated with HR system administration (configuration, testing, documentation, implementation, training). Improve automation, processes, user experience, and align supported applications with business strategy.

Communicate with users in the field to troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analyses, and implement fixes. Manage system vendor relationships and proactively facilitate new software releases.

Support cross-departmental projects as subject matter expert of and act as project manager for system/process changes to Talent Acquisition technology. Ensure integrity and security of data within applicant tracking, onboarding, and integrated HR data systems.
