Executive Administrative Assistant

In this role the Executive Administrative Assistant will be in charge of assisting a group of executives (primarily the CEO and COO). It will be your job to manage up to 10-14 calendars through Microsoft Outlook, book travel arrangements, mail distribution, phone calls, expense reports and coordination of events/meetings. 
Responsibilities:
  • Arrange programs, events or conferences by scheduling the facilities and caterer, issuing information or invitations, coordinating speakers, and controlling the budget
  • Manage executive calendar(s) and independently schedule appointments, manage the scheduling and maintenance of the company’s conference rooms
  • Manage the corporate travel needs of the executives including air travel (chartered and commercial), hotel, rental vehicles, and all other travel-related needs, including rate negotiation for the company
