Covenant Consulting has been retained to help our premier client find their new Help Desk Manager based in Kansas City. The Help Desk Manager role would be centered on managing and developing 8-15 technology support staff, ensuring timely resolution of tickets, and managing end user assets. Building and maintaining strong relations with business partners & 3rd party support partners is a fundamental aspect of this role. Our client has global exposure with offices in over 20 different countries, although the Americas is currently their fastest growing region.
What we are looking for:
- Minimum of 5-15 years of experience in Information Technology preferably in a technical role in applications or infrastructure
- Previous direct leadership experience managing teams or acting as a senior in a role providing desktop/systems support.
- Experienced in creating objectives at the individual level ~ experience in performance managing for effectiveness
- Experience working with 3rd party vendors in the remote, and in-office, service of help desk support.
- Must have direct experience with troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
